A rich history in Monroe County

Jonas Salk discovered the Polio vaccine. Ian Fleming published the first James Bond novel. Jackie Cochran became the first woman to break the sound barrier. And, Norm Crary purchased a Temperance drug store and gave it his namesake. The year was 1953.

For more than 50 years. Crary Drug has been a mainstay on Lewis Avenue in Monroe County – offering generations of local families access to convenience items and resources for healthy daily living.

Current owners, Tim and Audrey Kirk, carry on the tradition of the Crary family by providing fast, friendly, accurate pharmacy services. The Kirk family is working hard to be your family’s neighborhood pharmacy for the next 50 years. Stop in and say hello.
